Gloria del Paraguay Arranges a Historic Audience with the Pope for Herself and Alejandro Rudler

Renowned soprano Gloria del Paraguay, founder and president of the Gloria International Foundation in Asunción, Paraguay, will initiate the process of requesting a private audience with His Holiness the Pope at the Vatican, a historically significant event in which Alejandro Rudler, founder and president of Artists of the World and vice president of her foundation, will also participate, holding special authority to represent the institution worldwide, endorsed by the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Paraguay.

This connection is envisioned as a strategic space to discuss global issues affecting contemporary society, from the protection of cultural values to the fight against corruption—a commitment that Gloria del Paraguay and Alejandro Rudler have upheld throughout their professional lives, facing challenges and threats due to their ethical and social stance.

The proposed meeting with the Vatican reflects the vision of both leaders: integrating art and culture into international dialogue and the construction of solutions that transcend borders, offering a unique perspective where music, culture, and ethics serve as tools for the common good.

Gloria del Paraguay has shared stages with prominent figures and audiences at the highest international levels, performing in over 180 countries and in the most emblematic venues worldwide. Her artistic career has been recognized with multiple distinctions, and the foundation she leads has been declared a cultural heritage institution, while she herself has been recognized as a living treasure, highlighting her contribution to Paraguayan and Latin American cultural identity and projection.

Through the Gloria International Foundation, she leads artistic and educational development programs, promoting the dissemination of music, the training of emerging talents, and international cultural cooperation. Alejandro Rudler, as vice president with global mandate, supports this work, consolidating a strategic alliance that projects Paraguayan culture onto a global stage and reinforces their joint commitment to ethics, justice, and artistic excellence.

This joint initiative symbolizes a bridge between culture, spirituality, and social responsibility, demonstrating how cultural leaders can generate far-reaching impact in today’s world, promoting dialogue, awareness, and positive action on a global scale.
